  • November 24 | Alumni Night CANCELED

Following the recent advice of an epidemiologist who has been advising us throughout the pandemic and in order to protect our alumni and school community, we have made the very difficult decision to cancel Wednesday's Alumni Night gathering at Loyola.
We know that this is an important night for our alums to gather in the place that you all call home but your health and safety along with that of our faculty and staff is of the utmost importance and Covid continues to surprise us. Please know that school is open on Wednesday and faculty will be here during the day for those who want to stop by and say hello.
We miss you and hope this is the last time we will have to cancel an alumni event because of Covid. We send everyone our best wishes for a happy, safe, and healthy Thanksgiving.

We will still be having Alumni Service Day on Saturday, December 4th. See below for more information.

  • March 8 | Ignatius & Xavier: Zoom Event

Ignatius & Xavier: Friends in Life, Saints for Eternity, Saints & Friends to Us All
A conversation moderated by Fr. Jim Carr, S.J., Loyola School Chaplain
On the 400th anniversary of the canonization of St. Francis Xavier and St. Ignatius Loyola, we invite you to join us in conversation about the discovery that changed their lives and retains the power to change our own.
Ignatius Loyola, charismatic soldier and well-known for sustaining an injury that changed the course of his life, became the guiding genius of the Society of Jesus.
Francis Xavier, gregarious and athletic law student, was transformed into one of the greatest Roman Catholic missionaries, instrumental in the establishment of Christianity in India, the Malay Peninsula, and Japan.
A common fire fueled the conversion of each, bonded them one to the other, and, if we desire it, can shape for the better the lives of us all.
