Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging

Beginning with our 2020-21 academic year, with a school theme of "Growing Stronger Together," we dove further into our conversations regarding a true sense of belonging for all students and the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion. We thoughtfully bring forth to you our goals and action steps informed by conversations with people of color in our community, students, faculty and staff, board leadership, a respected schools consultant, secondary school leaders around the country, and a very engaged Equity and Inclusion Committee.
